Private Car Charter Guidelines

1. What’s Included
  • Charter fees cover driver service time, fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees.
  • One-day tours are calculated as continuous hours and cannot be split or rescheduled across different days.
  • Charter quotes are based on point-to-point transport and do not include additional stops (e.g. money exchange, meals, shopping, extra sightseeing). Please inform us in advance if needed.
  • For multi-day trips requiring overnight stays, an additional RM150 per night will be charged for the driver’s accommodation (seasonal pricing applies during peak periods).
  • A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the vehicle and driver.
  • Booking is confirmed only upon mutual agreement and deposit payment.

Cancellations or changes made less than 15 days before the trip will result in deposit forfeiture.

Once booked, no changes or cancellations are allowed mid-way to avoid disrupting our vehicle and driver schedules.

  • Full payment must be completed on the day of departure before the tour begins.
  • Languages available: Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
  • We operate private charters only (no sharing). Passenger count is based on seating capacity — luggage is not included. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
  • 1–2 days before departure, we will create a WhatsApp group to share your driver’s name, vehicle details, license plate, and contact info.
  • All international travellers entering Malaysia must fill out the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within 3 days before arrival, and ensure their passport has a minimum of 6 months’ validity.

For overseas customers, we accept Bank Payment / QR Pay / Touch ‘n Go / WeChat Pay.

  • Unless affected by extreme weather or major traffic events, all tours proceed as scheduled. Please bring an umbrella or raincoat just in case.
No cancellations or refunds allowed during Chinese New Year once booked, due to driver allocation and business impact.
  • In case of flight delays, please notify us via SMS or email. Drivers will wait up to 1 hour; no-shows without notice will result in the driver leaving.
  • Please provide arrival date, time, and flight number.
  • Without a certified tour guide, airport placard pick-up is not allowed.
  • Late-night pick-up/drop-off between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM will incur a RM50 surcharge.
  • Airport pick-up wait time is based on flight arrival and is limited to 1 hour. Additional time is charged at RM50/hour.
  • When booking, please accurately provide passenger count and luggage size so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
